Diana: Free Samples not provide, but we can return the sample charges to the buyer after received the order, the cost of shipping and taxes were not including to return.

Diana: All the pendant lights for 10pcs, chandelier lamps for 30pcs, glass ceiling lights for 100pcs.
   
Q7. What Are Your Payment Methods? 

Diana: T/T, Western Union, we have our own company bank account, it's very convenient for customers to transfer the money.

Q8. How Long Is Your Delivery Time ?

Diana: Standard lead time is within 1 month for 1*20GP, 1*40GP and 1*40HQ. except for customized orders, it will be longer.

Q9.What Kind of Delivery Service Can I Choose ?

Diana: We have stable partnership with DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT, enjoy favorable discount(50%-70% off) from them, the most suitable delivery company will be recommended based on your address. Or your courier account is also welcome.

Q10.How Long Is the Warranty ? 

Diana: Our warranty for 3-5 years depends on different grade of products, for Aluminum/metal Profile is 5 years.
